Refunds: Tier 0 and Tier 1 — 7-day refund if Black Book PDF unopened. Tier 2 and above — no refunds; commitment is the doctrine.
Confidentiality: Mutual NDA signed at onboarding. Information shared during calls is treated as privileged.
Outcome Bet (Tier 5): Governed by a separate Outcome Agreement signed at onboarding. Verification clause is non-negotiable.
Conduct: The Shockivator reserves the right to terminate the engagement (full refund of unused sessions) if abuse, dishonesty, or bad-faith conduct is detected.
Jurisdiction: Disputes resolved under the laws of the State of Kuwait (or such other jurisdiction as agreed in the engagement letter).
