If you miss

You pay nothing. Zero. Not a dollar. No clawback, no minimum, no "lesson fee."

If you win

10% of the verified outcome value, capped at $50,000. Paid within 30 days of outcome verification.

HOW IT WORKS

You apply. Heavy form. Brutal questions. Most are filtered out here.
If accepted, we schedule a 60-min Discovery Call. Free.
Together we define your one 12-month outcome — must be specific, measurable, time-bound, verifiable by a third party or hard data (revenue, weight, exit, contract signed, book published, etc.).
You sign the Outcome Agreement. Two-way NDA. Independent verification clause.
For 12 months you get the Operator tier — 48 weekly calls, unlimited Red-Phone, network access, quarterly intensive.
At month 12: outcome verified or not. If hit, you pay. If not, we shake hands and you walk.
Either way — you keep the doctrine, the network, the receipts of a year run at maximum.

WHO QUALIFIES

Founder, operator, athlete, or executive with a clear 12-month target
Already in motion — this is not a coach-from-zero; it's a coach-to-finish
Outcome must be worth at least $100k in value (otherwise the 10% doesn't make the bet worth running on either side)
Willing to be radically transparent — weekly reporting, daily check-ins, no hiding
You can lose the year. You cannot lose your spine.

WHO DOES NOT QUALIFY

"I want to find myself." — too vague. Find yourself somewhere cheaper.
"I want to be happier." — apply to Tier 1.
"My outcome depends on my partner / boss / market." — non-verifiable. Pick something you control.
Anyone who needs to be convinced this is fair. If you do, you are not the customer.
